Ours is a warm, welcoming and accepting congregation that fosters a culture of mutual support, encouragement and care. While we are generally orthodox in our beliefs and recognise the fundamentals of Christianity, we recognise that issues of faith are complex. We are accepting of people with widely held theological perspectives and different spiritual needs and we are open to exploring ideas and interpretations that embrace the changes and diversity of our culture.
Wheelchairs can access our foyer, church and toilets.
Highfield Road Uniting Church stands on the traditional lands of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to elders past and present. We are committed to the UCA covenant with Aboriginal and Islander People and adhere to the UCA position on child safety, social justice, diversity and multiculturalism. Our church is a member of the Canterbury Council of Churches.
